Trap Shoot : Open **Wednesdays starting at 6:00 PM. (Traveling Trap League starts soon) Eastern Ohio would like to invite you to our trap shooting facility. You won't be disappointed. It's open to the public, bring some friend and have a good time. We have all level of shooters, so no one will feel out of place. Are you just a beginner? There is always someone here to help you get started. EOCC has partnered with YSU's Trap Club. Come out, have fun while improving your shooting and help new shooters. *Wednesdays starting at 6:00 PM. Dan is looking to put together an EOCC traveling trap league team. All level of shooters are welcome. If anyone throws their own clay pigeons please pick up your shells as they get caught in the mowers.

Skeet Shoot: Open Starting on May 13th, Skeet shoots on Thursday 5-8 PM for the summer. Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Come out to see the new fields and shoot!

Rifle Range: Closed The rifle range is now

CLOSED EVERY DAY NOW THAT PHEASEANT SEASON HAS

OPENED ON NOVEMBER 1ST. IT IS NOW ONLY OPEN ON

SUNDAYS EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER SKEET (skeet from

9am-2pm). Only paper targets are permitted and clean up

when finished. Don't drive on the range when the ground is

soft! Sight in early!

If anyone throws their own clay pigeons, please pick up

your shells as they get caught in the mowers.

Hunting at EOCC:

Members must wear hunter orange when small game hunting, please follow Ohio Law.• Now is the time to fix/maintain your tree stands which must include your name on it. Any unsafe tree stands will be taken down. A safety harness is required when hunting from a stand, No exceptions!• The new hunting properties have been posted. Please stay on EOCC property. A map of the club property is on the EOCC website.• The lake is starting to ice over but is currently not safe! Come out and enjoy it but stay off the ice especially near the air stones. Pay attention to the size restrictions posted.

Pheasant Release Schedule Dues: John would prefer you send checks via mail for dues and badges (if needed) although he will be at the regular meetings. He can return your cards through the mail. Work Party Info. Bring gloves and chainsaws. There is plenty of firewood in the woods that can be cut and brought up to the barn. Cut the sections into 5' pieces. Weeds can be sprayed around the property, contact Brian Groubert . There is a list of Clubhouse projects, contact Kevin Lyden . Members are reminded that 20 work hours are due each year. There are plenty of opportunities to get hours in the rest of this year. No hunting or fishing when hours are past due. Hours can be worked or purchased for $10/hr. New members can fish when they join but cannot hunt until they get their 20 hours in and purchase their badge.
